Group Lifestyle Coaching & Community Support

Heartfelt Living – Online

Will this benefit you?

This group coaching experience is designed for individuals and caregivers who want to build a healthier lifestyle in a supportive, community-centered environment. Rather than focusing on perfection or quick fixes, we focus on sustainable, values-based lifestyle change—one small step at a time.

Through guided group sessions, education, and shared accountability, participants learn how to nourish their bodies with whole, nutrient-dense, plant-rich foods while also addressing the broader lifestyle foundations that support long-term physical and emotional well-being.

What Group Lifestyle Coaching Includes

Whole foods plant based (Nutritarian-inspired) lifestyle education. Learn how to build nutrient-dense meals and daily routines that support energy, resilience, and long-term health.

Group Coaching focused on foundational lifestyle habits. Topics include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation, emotional well-being, and reducing everyday toxic exposures—viewed through a whole-person, family-centered lens.

Guided reflection and food log awareness. Learn how to use food and habit tracking as a tool for awareness—not judgment—within a supportive group setting.

Lifestyle inventories and self check ins. Gentle assessments to help you reflect on sleep quality, daily movement, stress levels, and environmental influences, allowing you to identify meaningful areas for growth.

Community support and shared learning. Connect with others who are navigating similar challenges. Group coaching provides encouragement, normalization, and accountability without pressure or comparison.

Collaborative care awareness
Participants are encouraged to continue working with their medical providers or registered dietitians as needed. Group coaching complements—rather than replaces—medical or clinical care, especially for those with pre-existing conditions.

Our Approach

Heartfelt Family Living offers educational, lifestyle-focused group coaching rooted in compassion, science, and real-life application. We meet you where you are and support progress that fits your life, your family, and your values—without shame, restriction, or overwhelm.

This is for individuals or caregivers who are looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle and make better choices. This will emphasize the importance of incorporating whole, nutrient-dense foods into the diet, while also encouraging you to engage in physical activity and manage stress levels to support overall health and wellness.

Family Focused Coaching & Support

Will this benefit your family?

This individualized coaching experience is designed for families of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds who want to make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes together. Family-Focused Coaching is especially helpful for families navigating health concerns, developmental differences, caregiver stress, or challenges implementing changes on their own.

Our work is collaborative and relationship-centered. When appropriate, coaching may incorporate principles inspired by Dr. Stanley Greenspan’s developmental, relationship-based approach, emphasizing emotional connection, co-regulation, and growth through everyday interactions.

What Family-Focused Coaching Includes

Online coaching for caregivers and families. Support is tailored to your family’s unique rhythms, challenges, and strengths, with a focus on co-regulated interactions that promote connection, learning, and overall development.

Caregiver and child sensory-style reflection. Gentle inventories help caregivers better understand sensory preferences and sensitivities, supporting more attuned, responsive, and successful daily interactions.

Social-emotional and relational check ins. Coaching supports caregivers in understanding where their family is on their social-emotional journey, strengthening communication, emotional regulation, and relationship-based growth.

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance for family well-being. Food and lifestyle reflections are used to support balanced, nutrient-dense, plant-rich choices that promote growth, energy, and cognitive development—without pressure, perfection, or shame.

Collaborative, whole-family perspective. When appropriate, coaching may involve communication and coordination with other professionals already supporting your family, such as medical providers, registered dietitians, educators, occupational therapists (OT), speech-language therapists (SLP), or mental health professionals.

Appropriate interventions and timely assessment are critical in early childhood development. Because early development and family well-being are deeply interconnected, referrals to multidisciplinary providers may be recommended to ensure families receive comprehensive, timely support.

Our Philosophy

Heartfelt Family Living provides educational, lifestyle-focused coaching, not therapy or medical care. The goal is to empower caregivers with knowledge, tools, and confidence to support their family’s health, development, and emotional well-being—within the context of real life, real challenges, and real relationships.

“Biology is not destiny if we detect problems early and give children extra practice with those skills that don’t come easily”
